Who We Are
South Delta Men’s Shed is a local, non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating a greater sense of community. We provide a safe and friendly space where men from all walks of life can connect, socialize, and work on meaningful projects at their own pace.
Whether you’re retired, unemployed, new to the area, or just looking for a purpose-driven way to spend your free time, the Shed offers a place to belong.
What We Do
At its heart, the Shed is a place where members can share skills, learn new crafts, and collaborate on a variety of hands-on projects. While woodworking is our main focus right now, our activities evolve based on what our members want to do.
We regularly build, repair, and restore items for local community gardens, and fellow non-profits.
How To Support Us
As a grassroots community organization, we rely heavily on the generosity of our neighbours and partners to keep our doors open and our tools running. Some ways you can support us are:
Donate Materials or Tools: We’re always happy to receive quality donations to stock our workshop including: gently used power tools, hand tools, hardware, or surplus timber.
Financial Contributions & Sponsorship: Financial donations directly fund our operational costs including: materials, tools maintenance, and safety equipment.
Spread the Word: Tell your friends, neighbours, and family about us. If you know someone who could benefit from a sense of community, a new hobby, or just a good chat, point them in our direction!
